Coming from Brunswick and points South

  • Take Exit 28 (Brunswick) off I-295 North (formerly I-95 Exit 22). This will put you on Pleasant St. - Rte 1.
  • Follow signs for “U.S. Route 1—Bath.” (This will involve a left turn at 3rd traffic light.)
  • Take the Cook's Corner exit off Rte 1. Get in the left lane, and at the traffic light, turn left onto Bath Rd.
  • Go past Walmart & the new Mid Coast Hospital.
  • The Office is next to Skillins Greenhouse on the right side of the road.
  • There is a sign out front "430 Bath Rd".
  • The office is a yellow building set back off of the road.

Coming from Bath and points North

  • Take Route 1 South to The New Meadows exit.
  • At the end of the ramp make a left.
  • At The stop sign make a right.
  • Go past the New Meadows Marina.
  • The office is on the left.
  • There is a sign out front "430 Bath Rd".
  • The office is a yellow building set back off of the road.

Coming from the West (Topsham, Lisbon Falls)

  • Follow Rte. 196 to the Coastal Connector. Stay in the left lane to Bath, U.S. Route 1.
  • Take the Cook's Corner exit off Rte 1. Get in the left lane, and at the traffic light, turn left onto Bath Rd.
  • Go past Walmart & the new Mid Coast Hospital.
  • The Office is next to Skillins Greenhouse on the right side of the road.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment for registration and to fill in a health questionnaire.

When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:

  • Driver’s License or a valid ID
  • Insurance information
  • Referral Letter (if required)
  • Reports, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans etc. and any other relevant information
  • List of medications (if any)

If you need to cancel an appointment

Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 days’ notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

We recognize that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize if we keep you waiting.
